Charles D. Gunter: Quoted by a now deceased member of the City of Atlanta Building Department to be "the best builder we've ever seen". Mr. Gunter is very honest and very much a people person. He always listened to others and maintained an attitude of being fair to all parties.

Benny Biddy: An irreplaceable member of Charles Gunter's building team. Mr. Biddy was a working superintendent of Mr. Gunter's for over seventeen years. Mr. Biddy is a heavily experienced at many trades. Mr. Biddy now runs his own show, dominating much of Buckhead/Sandy Spring's finest trim work installations.

Jeff Kemper: Brother of William C. Kemper. Mr. Kemper was one of our project managers on the project. Jerry Brousseau: Another one of our project managers on the project. Mr. Brousseau's attention to detail, and his brawn to get it right, has clearly shown up in every project he has touched. Mr. Brousseau thrives on projects unique and challenging. This project was quite unique and enjoyably challenging.
